Tom Toye founded the business in 2004 as a means to manage a growing portfolio of multi-family and commercial investment property. An alumni of Scarborough High School in Maine and an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, Tom also excelled as a track and field athlete posting record performances- highlighted by winning the collegiate Division I, indoor track, New England Championship in the 200 meter sprint.

Following graduation from college, Tom began a career as an electro-mechanical engineer. While working full-time he also began investing in the Seacoast New Hampshire real estate market. After several years of interesting,but ultimately unfulfilling work as an engineer, Tom decided to “scratch-the-itch” and commit to real estate full time.

Toye is an active member of the Durham Landlords Association and previously served as President of the NH Rental Property Owners Association and continues to be an advocate for landlords and property owners throughout New Hampshire. He has presented to thousands of landlords and real estate investors on topics including property management, tenant screening, student rentals, evictions & lead-paint disclosure. Meet Kim, an experienced and dedicated assistant property manager with a strong growing background in real estate and over 20 years experience in customer service. In her current role as assistant property manager, Kim works closely with the property managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a multitude of residential buildings. Kim is also responsible for managing tenant relationships, handling maintenance requests, and enforcing policies and procedures. Kim is also skilled at developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.

In addition to her technical skills, Kim is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to effectively handle difficult situations and find solutions that benefit all parties involved. She is known for her calm and professional demeanor, and her ability to build strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors. Kim is committed to providing excellent service to all residents and is always looking for ways to improve the living experience at their property.

In her free time Kim loves to paint nature scenes and abstract art. She finds peace and relaxation through meditation and hiking. She and her partner love to travel, bike ride, experience new foods, and relieve stress via attending concerts and comedy shows.

Meet Jessica, the superstar of Arthur Thomas Properties! She joined our team back in 2015 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Since then, she’s been running the show like a boss, taking on roles from rental property management to office management.

Nowadays, Jessica’s in charge of supporting our community association management team, making sure they provide the best possible service. She’s a real-life superhero, always ready to save the day and tackle any challenge that comes her way!

When she’s not saving the world, Jessica’s a proud mom to her baby boy, Riley, who keeps her on her toes along with her two fur babies, Chase and Koda. She’s always up for some fun and adventure, and loves nothing more than exploring the great outdoors. Just don’t get in her way before she’s had her morning coffee – trust us, you don’t want to mess with a mom on a mission!

Jeff took a position with the Arthur Thomas Properties Team in 2007 after studying Physical Education at Bridgewater State College. He began his real estate career apprenticing Broker/Owner Tom Toye and quickly learned the aspects of successful property management and has “seen it all” in his maintenance encounters.

Jeff serves as a liaison between tenants and owners and acts as the company’s “eyes and ears” into the properties we manage.
