Meet our licensed real estate agent extraordinaire, a man with over a decade of experience in the industry and a heart of gold, none other than the one and only Ryan Burns.

Before diving into the world of real estate, Ryan cut his teeth in the restaurant biz, rising through the ranks from dishwashing to managing two 99 Restaurants on the Seacoast. With a love for customer service and an eye for detail, it’s no wonder he’s excelled in the property management world for over five years, even dipping his toes into the HOA management pool for two years.

When he’s not showing off his tech-savvy skills or snapping gorgeous photos of properties, Ryan is busy being a doting dad to his two awesome young men, one of whom proudly serves in the US Air Force. Meet Kim, an experienced and dedicated assistant property manager with a strong growing background in real estate and over 20 years experience in customer service. In her current role as assistant property manager, Kim works closely with the property managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a multitude of residential buildings. Kim is also responsible for managing tenant relationships, handling maintenance requests, and enforcing policies and procedures. Kim is also skilled at developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.

In addition to her technical skills, Kim is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to effectively handle difficult situations and find solutions that benefit all parties involved. She is known for her calm and professional demeanor, and her ability to build strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors. Kim is committed to providing excellent service to all residents and is always looking for ways to improve the living experience at their property.

In her free time Kim loves to paint nature scenes and abstract art. She finds peace and relaxation through meditation and hiking. She and her partner love to travel, bike ride, experience new foods, and relieve stress via attending concerts and comedy shows.

This natural transition into property management has quickly enabled him to be highly effective in all aspects of property management.

With a solid history of success, Andres is a steadfast leader with a driven interest in cultivating relationships with owners, associations and tenants alike. His goals are to promote high occupancy rates, minimal turnover, and long-term leases. Andres is very approachable and will be working hard to serve you in all aspects of property management.

Jeff took a position with the Arthur Thomas Properties Team in 2007 after studying Physical Education at Bridgewater State College. He began his real estate career apprenticing Broker/Owner Tom Toye and quickly learned the aspects of successful property management and has “seen it all” in his maintenance encounters. Jeff serves as a liaison between tenants and owners and acts as the company’s “eyes and ears” into the properties we manage.

Dorothy Wagner

Dorothy has over 20 years’ experience in property and leasing management at several large and small properties in the seacoast area. She has managed Sawyer Mill Apartments in Dover and Appleton Oaks in Hampton, plus she did the leasing for Cimarron Apartments in Seabrook and Exeter Mill in Exeter. At Arthur Thomas Properties her main focus in Condo and Home Association management. Dorothy is a Dover Library Board Trustee, serves on the building and grounds subcommittee at the Woodman Museum and is the Supervisor of the Checklist for Ward 3 in Dover. Dorothy has also volunteered her time at all the Dover Reveals and Night at Museum events and is a docent at the Woodman Museum.

Tom Toye founded the business in 2004 as a means to manage a growing portfolio of multi-family and commercial investment property. An alumni of Scarborough High School in Maine and an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, Tom also excelled as a track and field athlete posting record performances- highlighted by winning the collegiate Division I, indoor track, New England Championship in the 200 meter sprint.

Following graduation from college, Tom began a career as an engineer. While working full-time he also began investing in the Seacoast New Hampshire real estate market. After several years of unfulfilling work as an engineer, Tom decided to commit to real estate full time, realizing this would be his path of fulfillment for the future.

Toye is an active member of the Durham Landlords Association and once served as President of the Rental Property Owners Association and continues to be an advocate for landlords and property owners throughout New Hampshire. He has presented to 1000's of landlords and real estate investors on topics including property management, tenant screening, student rentals, evictions & lead-paint disclosure. A former board of directors member for the New Hampshire Property Owners Association… He owns and manages a portfolio of investment properties, including multi-family residences, single-family homes, mobile home parks, retail, commercial property, and a motel. A resident of Durham, NH, Tom is also a proud father of three children…

Nicole J. Toye

Nicole is co-founder/owner of Arthur Thomas Properties and is in integral part of the “behind the scenes operation”. Nicole is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts with two Bachelor degrees and is an honors graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science degree. She combines exceptional work ethic and organization skills with a passion for real estate and the spirit of a small business owner. Nicole is the financial controller for all Arthur Thomas Properties marketing efforts… In addition to her responsibilities to the ATP team, Nicole is an accomplished road racer having most recently been awarded first place honors for the Seacoast Racing Series. She is an active member of the Oyster River School District Parent-Teachers Organization and is a proud mother of three children and a mutt named Baxter.

Meet Jessica, the superstar of Arthur Thomas Properties! She joined our team back in 2015 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Since then, she’s been running the show like a boss, taking on roles from rental property management to office management.

Nowadays, Jessica’s in charge of supporting our community association management team, making sure they provide the best possible service. She’s a real-life superhero, always ready to save the day and tackle any challenge that comes her way!

When she’s not saving the world, Jessica’s a proud mom to her baby boy, Riley, who keeps her on her toes along with her two fur babies, Chase and Koda. She’s always up for some fun and adventure, and loves nothing more than exploring the great outdoors. Just don’t get in her way before she’s had her morning coffee – trust us, you don’t want to mess with a mom on a mission!

All jokes aside, Jessica is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated member of our team, and we’re lucky to have her on board. We know that with her on our side, there’s nothing we can’t achieve!
