"Tom Toye has been a client, an associate, an outstanding resource for me for a long time. His honesty and his commitment to his clients is first class, I have recommended him many times to clients, and had my daughter work with him. I look forward to all our future transactions, as he is a pleasure to work with."

""Arthur Thomas Properties embodies everything you could ask for in a reputable, locally owned family company. Tom and Nicole went to great lengths to help us find our new home, going above and beyond in so many instances. It took 14 months and lots of looking but they found us a gem within our meager price range. When we are ready to sell our previous home, a condo which we currently rent out, Arthur Thomas will be our agent. We have recommended them to renters and home owners alike and will continue to do so. Honest, friendly people who will treat you with respect and consideration.."

"Tom Toye and all of the staff at Arthur Thomas Properties are EXCELLENT! I have rented three different properties from Tom and he has always done everything he could to find the right fit for me and my family. Every interaction I have had with the staff at the Dover office has been charming as well. They are very straight forward and cater to your needs. Whenever I have requested a maintenance request it is followed up on in a timely manner and resolved immediately. Tom is also a real estate agent which means Arthur Thomas Properties is a “one stop shop for all property needs”. He has always worked hard to put the customer first and it is very apparent he has trained his staff to do the same. We look forward to the day Tom represents us in the purchase of our first home. To Tom and everyone at Arthur Thomas Properties, THANK YOU for putting the good name back into the rental market!."

"I am happy to speak to the services provided by Arthur Thomas Properties. They currently manage two of my properties and have provided exceptional service. I have found them to be personable and professional. They provide an inclusive and detailed monthly statement. I live in out of the country for multiple months of the year and feel very comfortable they will handle any situation that comes up. Their response time is immediate. They also provide repair services that are reasonably priced and professionally done. I've found everybody in the office to be of great character and extremely trustworthy.."
