Meet Kim, an experienced and dedicated assistant property manager with a strong growing background in real estate and over 20 years experience in customer service. In her current role as assistant property manager, Kim works closely with the property managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a multitude of residential buildings. Kim is also responsible for managing tenant relationships, handling maintenance requests, and enforcing policies and procedures. Kim is also skilled at developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
In addition to her technical skills, Kim is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to effectively handle difficult situations and find solutions that benefit all parties involved. She is known for her calm and professional demeanor, and her ability to build strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors. Kim is committed to providing excellent service to all residents and is always looking for ways to improve the living experience at their property.
In her free time Kim loves to paint nature scenes and abstract art. She finds peace and relaxation through meditation and hiking. She and her partner love to travel, bike ride, experience new foods, and relieve stress via attending concerts and comedy shows.
